Compansionship and Homemaker Services
We connect clients with qualified independent caregivers who provide companionship and non-medical support, including friendly conversation, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and accompaniment to appointments.
These services promote independence, social engagement, and peace of mind for individuals and their families.
Skilled Nurse Services
We connect clients with qualified independent Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of home.
Services may include medication management, wound care, post-hospitalization support, chronic disease monitoring, and diabetic care, based on individual needs and professional scope of practice.

Trusted Hands Healthcare was founded by Michelle Rodríguez-Tápanes, a Miami-born entrepreneur and business leader whose career has been shaped by building relationships, connecting people, and creating meaningful opportunities.
The idea behind Trusted Hands Healthcare developed through a combination of personal experiences, professional knowledge, and a new chapter in Michelle's life.
After years of building her career and relationships in South Florida, moving to Central Florida presented an opportunity to explore a new direction. It was a chance to draw on her professional experience, embrace new possibilities, and build something meaningful within her new community.
Her interest in healthcare, however, was also shaped by experiences much closer to home.
While supporting her mother through her battle with cancer, Michelle experienced firsthand the challenges families face when making decisions about care for someone they love. During that time, in-home caregivers became an important part of her family's experience, providing not only assistance with everyday needs but also comfort and reassurance during a difficult period.
Years later, navigating her own journey as a cancer survivor gave Michelle an additional perspective and a deeper appreciation for the importance of compassionate care, personal dignity, and a strong support system.
These experiences stayed with her and, together with her professional background and a new business opportunity, helped shape the vision for Trusted Hands Healthcare.
Today, Trusted Hands Healthcare is a bilingual, Florida-licensed Nurse Registry connecting individuals and families with qualified independent caregivers and nursing professionals throughout Ocala, Marion County, The Villages, and surrounding Central Florida communities.
For Michelle, Trusted Hands represents the coming together of experience, opportunity, and purpose. It is a chance to build a business grounded in relationships, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping families feel informed and confident as they explore care options.
